Every plan includes the platform. What changes between them is how many properties you connect, how much history you hold and how large each monthly allowance is, rather than which tools you are allowed to open.

Going over your website allowance
Extra properties are charged at a flat rate per property per month on every plan, so going slightly over your allowance does not force you onto the next tier.
The trial
The trial runs for 14 days and a card is required to start it, though nothing is charged if you cancel within the trial period, and there is no contract either way. Warehousing starts the moment you connect a property during the trial, so the history you build in those 14 days is yours if you continue.
Annual billing saves around 17%, which works out at roughly two months free across the year.
