What exactly gets warehoused?
Your Google Search Console, GA4 and AI visibility data. On the Search Console side that means every query, every page, every country, every device and every search appearance, every day, rather than a top slice. On the GA4 side it means sessions, engagement, transactions and revenue, and on the AI side it means your visibility scores, citations and prompt-level results.
How long does setup take, and what do I need?
There is nothing to set up. Sign up for a plan, add a website, and warehousing begins automatically. There is no Cloud project, no billing account, no dataset schema, no export job and no service account, which is the difference between this happening today and it sitting in a backlog.
How far back does it go?
We backfill whatever Google still holds, which is its own rolling 16-month window, and then add to it every single day from the moment you connect. Basic holds 60-month warehousing and Agency holds 120+ month warehousing, so the history you end up with is a function of how early you connect.
Do I need to know SQL or Python?
No, and that is rather the point of building it this way. BigQuery is a genuinely excellent warehouse, but getting anything out of it means SQL or a BI tool on top. Here the warehouse sits under an interface you already know how to use, and everything in it exports to CSV, Sheets or PDF with no row limit.
How is my data secured?
Data is encrypted and obfuscated, and only you can access it. Access inside the account is granted per property and per workspace, so a property somebody has not been granted is not listed anywhere in their account rather than greyed out.
Can I get the data out programmatically?
Yes, over MCP or the API. Am I locked into a contract?
No. It is monthly with no fixed contract, and you can cancel at any time. The warehouse stops accumulating when the subscription ends, so the only thing a delay costs you is the history you would otherwise have been building in the meantime.
Does this replace Search Console itself?
No, it extends it. Search Console stays the source of truth and you still need a verified property, and you still go to Google for manual actions, security issues, sitemap submission and removals. SEO Stack pulls from it, warehouses it and takes the limits off.
