How does SEO Stack Work?

SEO stack is a cloud based application that recreates the search console environment alongside additional SEO tools. SEO stack works by getting your data from Google Search Console over API. We act as a data warehouse for search console data.

Once the data has been downloaded, each day we append new data to your pre-existing data. This allows SEO stack to provide you with up to 10+ years of search console data.

As a hybrid cloud tool with data warehousing, we're able to give you access to all of your search console data in a search console style interface without the usual limitations.

SEO stack takes data protection very seriously - we cannot see/view or interact with any of your data. Anything you import into SEO stack remains your data and accessible by YOU and anyone you invite/disclose your login too.

I'm worried about sharing my search console data - how do you use it?

SEO stack operates strict data policies. Once you've imported sites into your account, we process and store that data with trusted third party cloud data warehouses including Digital Ocean, AWS & Vertex. Your data is chunked and accessible only by you and anyone you delegate access to using the team functionality.

We cannot and do not access, share, divulge or process your data outside of our operating guidelines.

How do you protect our data?

Your data is protected by various technological innovations that chunk data to make it indecipherable outside of the application. We use trusted & established cloud hosting to store data.

Is SEO stack data portable if we leave?

Currently SEO stack data is not portable by default. However it is on our product roadmap to provide portable formats that may be importable into other infrastructures including Google BigQuery. We will be able to provide various portable data formats for data however this has yet to be decided.

Do you keep our data if we close our account?

No, once you delete your account your data will be scheduled for deletion within 14 days - this is a cooling off period which allows users to stop cancellation and resume their account. If a user hasn't initiated this within the 14 day cooling off period any data associated with the account will be permanently deleted (non recoverable).

Can we use our own hosting for data warehousing?

Yes, SEO stack provides an enterprise/custom license that allows a user to data warehouse in a location of their choosing (providing it's compatible with our app). Please contact us to discuss bespoke data warehousing.

We will charge a set up fee for configuring infrastructure.
